The Origin Story

Q: Could you tell me about Mindshift Mastermind 2025 and what inspired you to start it?

Mindshift Mastermind is an event where entrepreneurs come together to discuss business strategy and mindset: two subjects that I'm deeply passionate about. I had the idea last year (December 2024). When the idea came to me, I instantly knew I had to make it happen. I also knew I was going to use a waitlist to help build hype around it.

Growing the Waitlist

Q: What were your biggest challenges in building your waitlist? How did you overcome them?

I wanted a platform that was cost-effective, easy to use and highly customizable. Finding a platform with all 3 criteria was not easy. The search ended the moment I found Waitlister: it is the perfect embodiment of the 3 elements I was looking for.

Q: What strategies or channels have been most effective for growing your waitlist?

Organic content with a good CTA (call to action) is a great way to get people to subscribe to the list. Especially when the content is engaging. It's been working well for me.

Clear and simple. Two things to consider while building your landing page if you want to maximize sign ups.

Q: What are your next steps for Mindshift Mastermind 2025, and how do you plan to engage with your waitlist community as you move forward?

The plan is simple: grow the list, invite the subscribers to a private online community group where I can engage more with them and eventually launch the ticket sales for the event.
