International launches shouldn't
mean triple the work
Most waitlist tools are English-only. If you're launching in Latin America, Europe, or Asia, you're stuck with one of these bad options.
Run 3 separate waitlists
One for English, one for Spanish, one for Portuguese. Triple the setup, triple the management, fragmented analytics.
Lose signups who don't read English
A French user hits your English-only waitlist page and bounces. You never know they existed.
DIY translations in spreadsheets
Manually translate your landing page, emails, and thank-you page. Then maintain all three versions every time you change a word.
Almost every language supported
30 languages across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. All available on the Growth plan and above.

Translate your waitlist in 3 clicks
Waitlister uses AI to translate your entire waitlist — landing page, form, and thank-you page — while preserving your layout, links, and branding.
Pick your target language
In your waitlist Settings, open the language dropdown and select from 30+ languages. The list shows both English names and native names for easy identification.
Choose what to translate
Check the boxes: landing page, sign-up form, thank-you page. Translate all three at once or just the ones you need. Your original content stays untouched until you confirm.
Click translate
Waitlister's AI translates all your content, preserving HTML structure, CSS styling, URLs, and image references. The translated version goes live immediately.

I can only say good things about Waitlister. Their landing page is very user friendly, and Waitlister's pricing is more than reasonable.
Everything your subscribers see
It's not just the landing page. Every touchpoint in the subscriber experience translates automatically.
Landing page
Hero copy, feature descriptions, FAQ sections, CTAs, testimonial labels — all your landing page sections translate while preserving layout and design.
Sign-up form
Field labels, placeholder text, button copy, validation messages, and social proof text on your embedded form — all in the selected language.
Thank-you page
Position display, points counter, referral CTA, social sharing buttons, leaderboard labels — the entire post-signup experience ships translated.
Confirmation emails
Double opt-in confirmation emails are sent in the configured language. Subject line, body copy, and confirmation button — all translated.
Referral UI
Referral section text, social share buttons, leaderboard column headers ("Position," "Points," "Referrals"), and the "refer your friends" CTA — all in the local language.
Embeddable leaderboard
If you embed the leaderboard on your own site, it auto-detects the page language from your HTML lang attribute, or you can set it explicitly via the data-language attribute.

Competitor translation support based on publicly available documentation as of April 2026. "Custom strings" means you can override text labels manually but must provide your own translations.
Built for international launches
SaaS founder launching in LATAM
You're building a B2B tool and want to launch in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Create three waitlists (one per language) under the same account — translate each with one click. All three are managed from the same dashboard with unified analytics. Unlimited waitlists on Growth plan, so there's no extra cost per language.
European B2B targeting DACH
Your product targets Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You need the waitlist, confirmation emails, and referral UI in German — plus GDPR-compliant double opt-in. Create a waitlist, translate it to German with one click, enable double opt-in, and your DACH waitlist is live with full compliance and native-language UX.
AI tool launching in APAC
You're launching an AI product targeting Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Create a waitlist per market and translate each in one click — Waitlister supports Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Malay. Leaderboard embeds auto-detect the page language, so they work on localized sites without extra config.

Multilingual waitlist — common questions
Yes. In your waitlist Settings, select Spanish or Portuguese from the language dropdown, check which content to translate (landing page, form, thank-you page), and click Translate. Waitlister's AI handles the translation while preserving your layout, links, and design. The entire process takes about 30 seconds. All 30 supported languages work the same way — it's not limited to Spanish and Portuguese.
Yes. After translation, your content is editable in the normal landing page editor, form editor, and thank-you page editor. The AI gives you a strong starting point; you can refine any text, fix nuances, or adjust phrasing. The translation doesn't lock you into anything.
Waitlister currently supports 30 languages covering the major markets in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. If your language isn't listed, contact support — we're continuously adding languages based on demand. The static UI strings (leaderboard labels, position text, etc.) are pre-translated in all 30 languages; the AI translation for custom content can potentially support additional languages on request.
Yes — each waitlist runs in one language at a time. If you're launching in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, you'd create three waitlists (one per language) and translate each with one click. This is actually simpler than it sounds: on the Growth plan you get unlimited waitlists, all managed from the same dashboard, same account. Creating a new waitlist and translating it takes about 2 minutes. You get separate subscriber lists and analytics per market, which is usually what you want anyway.
The referral UI on the thank-you page (share buttons, referral link, leaderboard, 'refer your friends' CTA) is fully translated. Confirmation emails for double opt-in are also sent in the configured language. For email broadcasts (launch announcements, updates), you write the content yourself, so you control the language. Template variables like subscriber name, position, and referral link work in any language.
No separate charge. Translations are included on the Growth plan ($39/mo) and above. The same plan includes unlimited subscribers, unlimited waitlists, API access, webhooks, custom domains, and 30+ language translations — all in one price.
Waitlister checks every box except the price ceiling — the Growth plan (which includes translations) is $39/month. The Launch plan at $15/month includes Framer integration and referrals but not translations. If the $30 limit is hard, Waitlister Launch at $15/mo covers Framer + referrals. You'd handle French/German translations manually in the landing page editor. If you can stretch to $39, Growth plan does everything automatically.
Yes to all three. Waitlister supports GDPR-compliant double opt-in, has a native Webflow plugin, and includes 30+ language translations on the Growth plan. Double opt-in confirmation emails are sent in the configured language, and the consent flow meets EU requirements.
