- A minute to set up. Create an incoming webhook in your Slack workspace, paste the URL into Integrations → Slack, and send a test message to confirm it lands in the right channel. No app to install or approve.
- The details that matter. Every message shows who signed up, their position, who referred them, and where they signed up from — plus a button straight to your subscriber list.
- No flooded channels. If a batch of sign-ups arrives at once, they're grouped into a single "N new sign-ups" message instead of one ping per person.
- It tells you when it breaks. If the Slack app gets removed or the channel is archived, we stop sending and flag it in the dashboard, so you're never left wondering why it went quiet.
Your email notifications are unchanged — Slack runs alongside them, and you can turn either off on its own.
